MeroWings ships worldwide.
There is no minimum order quantity. However, MeroWings reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order.
MeroWings delivers as long as stocks last. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.
Delivery costs will be calculated in the on-line shop as part of the order process. Delivery times will be given as approximates unless otherwise stated.
Deliveries will be made under the reservation that the suppliers used by MeroWings have delivered within the timeframe designated by MeroWings. MeroWings cannot be held responsible for any potential restricted availability of materials. There will be no compensation for deliveries occurring outside the agreed delivery timeframe.
Delivery of each consignment of the goods shall be made to the address, and in the manner designated by the customer when the order was placed, provided that the customer has paid all sums due to MeroWings beforehand.
Private customers may return goods to MeroWings within 14 days of the arrival date of said goods. All returned goods must be complete and in their original condition together with the protective packing materials. Any reduction in value of the products arising from, for example, utilisation, wilful damage, or the use of inadequate packing materials for returning products back to MeroWings, will be charged to the customer and offset against the amount to be refunded. In the case of partial returns where an initial price advantage was given to the customer for a volume purchase; for example where postage and packaging was either reduced or free as result or where the unit costs of each product were lowered due to a multiple purchase, this difference will be calculated against the amount to be refunded. Return postage within Germany will only be paid for by MeroWings after written agreement has been given following either a telephone call or resulting from email/fax contact. All unfranked packages will be rejected by the returns depot and returned to the sender without processing. All returns arising outside of Germany will need to be adequately franked, the costs of which will be paid for by the customer returning the goods.
